1.  Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, I accept Credit and Debit cards via PayPal.  I also accept all other forms of PayPal payments.
 
 
2.  Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
Yes, I will accept personal checks and money orders.  Please keep in mind that you will have to wait for your Personal Check to clear before your item is shipped.
 
 
3.  How long will it take to receive my personalized item?
It depends on the item(s) ordered.  However, I generally allow one week for preparation and completion (that is after I have received your order and all of the pictures from you).  Your item would then be ready to ship.  Shipping time will vary, but I will be able to give you an estimate of how long it will take to ship an item to your zip code.
 
 
4.  How do you ship my items?
Your items are securely packaged and shipped via UPS.  When shipped with UPS, your item will automatically be insured, you will be given an estimated date of arrival, and I will provide you with a tracking number so you will be able to keep track of your item during shipment.  I can ship with USPS Priority Mail upon request.  Due to late delivery/non-delivery of some items, I will only use this service in connection with the extra insurance and delivery confirmation costs.
 
 
5.  How much is shipping?
Preferred shipping method - UPS (includes insurance and tracking) ~ $7.00
 
USPS Priority Mail (includes Delivery Confirmation and Insurance) ~ $6.00
 
I cannot be responsible for your items once they have been shipped.  Therefore, I will not ship items without insurance coverage.
 
6.  How are my charms made?
I strive to create a finished product that is just how you want it.  You send me the photos you would like on your charms, via postal mail or email, I edit and crop them to achieve the best results.  After placing the cropped photo on the charms, I then email you pictures to receive your approval before applying the enamel and completing your item.  The enamel dries to a hard, glass-like coating that protects your photo.
 
 
7.  What kind of links do you use?
I use quality stainless steel links that are nickel-free.
 
 
8.  Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, I will ship outside the United States, but must charge higher shipping rates.  I will quote your shipping rate at the time of your order.
 
 
9 There are so many choices, how do I decide?
As long as you know a bit about the person who will receive the Italian Charm item, I can guide you through all the different choices.  If the person doesn't wear jewelry on a regular basis, then a key chain or bookmark would make a great personalized gift.  I suggest browsing through my gallery - take note of which item is the most similar to what you want, and I'll work with you to personalize a similar item to meet your needs.
 
 
10Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied?
I offer several services to make sure that you are happy with your item before it is shipped.  However, if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item for a refund within 15 days of the date it was shipped to you.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.
 
If your item is damaged or defective you may return it to me within 30 days for replacement only.  No replacements will be give after 30 days.
 
I ask that you read the information about "Selecting Your Photo" to avoid receiving items that you are unhappy with due to poor quality original photos that were supplied to me.
